The hotel's rooms were bright, spacious, and comfortable with excellent facilities, offering a great view; however, being close to the party room might lead to some noise. The service was subpar, especially after a late flight from England. The location, while near several shopping malls and modern residential developments, was underwhelming considering the quality of the place. The dining was variated with typical Colombian food but lacked excitement. Overall, the facilities were excellent.
The hotel had spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning and other amenities, making for a pleasant stay. However, the WiFi connection was unreliable, and the check-in and check-out process was confusing at times.
